La fabrique de la ville | The making of the city
Un travail d'atelier effectué en Chine entre 2008 et 2009, suite à la série de peintures réalisées en plein air dans la banlieue de Kunming (voir "Peintures"). La transformation anarchique de la ville et l'urbanisme me fascinaient.
Aux côtés de la série sur la banlieue chinoise, ce travail a donné lieu à une exposition au FIAP Jean-Monnet (Paris) en 2009.
A studio work conducted in China between 2006 and 2009, after the Kunming suburb outdoor painting series (see "Paintings"). The anarchical transformation of the city and the urbanism fascinated me.
This work was exhibited at the FIAP Jean-Monnet (Paris) in 2009, together with the series on the Chinese suburb.
